Mike Vitali
Proudly born and raised on the North Shore of Auckland, New Zealand, Mike Vitali started life in a loving, supportive & free spirited family as the eldest child of the six children
Playing Provincial Representative Rugby, Surfing, Skateboarding, Snowboarding, Spearfishing, Guitar, Music Production, DIY building, Ocean swimming & many other hobbies that ultimately gained him experience in multiple areas of life. Dedication, loyalty, honesty and hard work ethic were the early skills that were developed within Mikes dedication to his hobbies & these skills naturally carried into business & work.
Mike crafted his fairing & painting skills at Alloy Yachts starting in 1996. By 2002 Mike and his wife had returned from Europe working in Italy and the UK on super yachts to start his first marine painting crew caller 'Profair'. After 21 years in the industry painting boats in various fashions for the most elite clients Mike took a break form boat painting where he was the National Operations Manager for multi brach Scaffolding and Access company. It was here that Mike implemented systems and combined his business knowledge and marine excellence to the construction industry. Now MV Special Projects does high end painting for both construction & marine.
Mike says: 'Anything worth while doing to get the result your after is usually difficult or risky. I personally like unique challenges ('special projects') because someone, one day will change or do what has never been done before. Why not be the first?
